Everyone knows how important a quality basic maintenance program is to getting the most out of your vehicle. But, doing it yourself on today's high-tech cars can often be intimidating. Below is a guide to help you get started doing your own basic vehicle maintenance.   1. Every time you fill up your tank
    1. Check your oil level
    2. Add STP® Gas Treatment into your gas tank to help fight the accumulation of deposits in the fuel system
  2. Every 3,000 miles
    1. Change your oil and oil filter
    2. Add STP® Oil Treatment to your oil system
    3. Clean your fuel injectors with STP® Super Concentrated Fuel Injector Cleaner
    4. Check your fan belt
    5. Check your hoses and cooling system
    6. Check your brake fluid
    7. Check your power steering fluid
    8. Check your transmission fluid
  3. Every two years
    1. Change your engine coolant
    2. Change your brake fluid
    3. Change your spark plugs.
    4. Change your fuel filter.
    5. Change your air filter.
