Diesel Fuel Gelling
When it's cold, is your diesel hard to start? While diesel engines as a rule are very efficient, in very cold temperatures, components present in diesel fuel can start to solidify, creating a condition called "gelling." This stops the fuel from getting to the engine, and the engine from starting.
